Bournemouth Male Voice Choir and The Friday Girls put on a wonderful concert on 13 October in support of The Countryside Education Trust and Home-Start Hampshire in the New Forest. The Church at Brockenhurst was packed to the rafters and everyone enjoyed the varied programmes performed by both groups of fantastic singers.
There was no charge for entry but a collection was taken at the end of the evening and the following week Christine Galpin, Chair of the Home-Start Hampshire Local Action Team in the New Forest and Jane Cooper, from CET were each presented with an amazing £650 for their respective charities.
